After a trial period, Google announced the Penguin update for all languages two years after their last modification. From now the algorithm will act in real time and be more granular, satisfying webmasters as they were their main demands.

In this sense, Penguin act in real time, which means that when a webmaster make changes to a web, they appear much faster than before, “usually shortly after crawl and index the page again,” reports the technology in its official blog.
